I am trying to update my Maxidas which has not been done in a couple of years. The last time I did it was on old Maxidas website. I logged in here with my old username and password which worked fine. Punched in activation code from back of Total care program card for new update purchased. When I try to download the PC Suite nothing happens. Any suggestions!!!!

 Hi the SN # is DS009Q002290. I did look at update instructions originally that is what led me to try to download PC suite. I tried again today and now am getting this error message.

You should customize this error page for your own site or edit the error_page directive in the nginx configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf.

 At least something is happening now. Any thoughts on this issue?
